To ensure the highest measurement precision when using a GPS system, a quality antenna is essential. This antenna is compatible with our odometers. It features a built-in signal amplifier for enhanced precision. These antennas provide stable and reliable operation.
Installation Method – Mount the antenna in the vehicle:
- On the roof or a metal body element of the vehicle – best reception
- Inside the vehicle, in the center of the front or rear windshield – good reception
- Inside the vehicle, on the dashboard – acceptable reception
- Route the cable, avoiding sharp bends and sharp sheet metal edges, and connect the SMA plug to the odometer. Check the signal quality by observing the odometer’s GPS LED.
